Delivery Method - Within Singapore
- Normal mail * via Singpost:Not able to trace the item: Free within Singapore.We are not responsible for any item lost in mail.Please take note that for normal mail, the parcel will be dropped into your letter box by the postman
- Registered Mail* Via Singport: Able to track the item via article number. S$2.24 will be charge.For registered mail, parcels will be sent to your door-step. There is a tracking number to check on the delivery status, if required.
INTERNATIONAL
1. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary WIDELY, particularly during the holiday season.
2. Singpost normal Mail without tracking number is the cheapest but, is not available on all items and there is no tracking number with it. Please do not select this option unless you are willing to wait 3-6 weeks for delivery.

3. Singpost Registered mail is the Best Value with a Tracking number. Usually, you receive your package within 9-14 days.

4. VERY IMPORTANT: No matter which method of shipment you choose, nowadays, many times packages are held by the customs in USA or in your country. In such a case the shipment may take 3-8 weeks. No one has any control on that.

5. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibilities. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Please understand: we have limited control once the package leaves premises. We are NOT responsible for any package that is lost or damaged in your front door or in the mail, if tracking info has proved "DELIVERED".
Please DO NOT accept a delivery if the package appears to be damaged or tempered with. Once you accept the package, there is no way you claim later that the package was damaged or items are missing inside. You should just "return it to sender" when you detect any problem with the package BEFORE accepting it
Exchange Policy
Only defective merchandises that cannot be mended can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Please email us photos of the defective item and return the item to us with the ORIGINAL TAG attached, the item UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 7 days. The item should be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION as it was when it was sent to you.
Once we have confirmed that the defective item cannot be mended, we would EXCHANGE it with non-defective/ correct merchandise for you, or CREDIT the payment amount to your account with immediate effect.
Buyers are required to bear the delivery costs of returning the item.
Items that have been used are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Refund will only be for cost of item exclude shipping chrgs. Only cost of item will be refund exclude shipping chrgs as shipping chrgs have been paid to post office when item was sent to buyer.
Refund will be made upon received of item.
Buyer Pays for shipping chrgs to have item sent back to seller.
